- 3/4 c. fine gingersnap crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 small can jellied cranberry sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
Directions

1Mix crumbs with 1 tablespoon sugar and butter.

2Put 1/2 crumbs in Pyrex baking dish; press to form a crust.

3Chill the milk in bowl in the freezer until crystals form; whip until stiff.

4Crush cranberry sauce with a fork in a mixing bowl.

5Add 2 tablespoons sugar and almond flavoring.

6Fold whipped milk into cranberries. Pour over crumbs.

7Add additional crumbs.
