  • 4 cups reduced-calorie cranberry juice cocktail
  • 1 (4 ounce) packagejell-o sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 12 teaspoon rum extract
  • 14 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 14 cup Cool Whip Lite

Directions

    In a blender container, combine cranberry juice, dry pudding mix, rum extract and Pumpkin Pie Spice.
