- 2 cups boiling water
- 12 cup ginger, fresh,thinly sliced
- 12 cup cranberries, fresh,rinsed
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 12 cup cranberry juice
- 2 mint sprigs
Directions

1In a medium sized bowl, pour boiling water over ginger and cranberries.

2Cover and let stand 20 minutes.

3Strain, add nutmeg and cranberry juice and stir.

4Serve warm or chilled over ice cubes.
