  • 3 1/2 c. cranberry juice cocktail
  • 1 to 1 3/4 pkg. powdered fruit pectin
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice

Directions

    In kettle, combine cranberry juice and pectin.

    Bring to full, rolling boil.

    Stir in sugar.

    Bring again to boil.

    Boil hard, uncovered, 1 minute, stirring constantly.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in lemon juice.

    Skim off foam.

    Pour into hot, sterilized jars. Cover with hot wax or water seal.
