Cranberry-Pineapple Relish

- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (juice reserved)
- 2 c. liquid
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. cranberries
- 1/2 c. seedless raisins, chopped
- grated peel of 1 orange
- chopped pulp of 2 oranges
Directions

1For the liquid use juice from pineapple and enough water to make 2 cups.

2Combine with sugar and heat until sugar is dissolved.

3Add cranberries; bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes. Add pineapple, raisins, orange peel and pulp.

4Cook about 10 minutes or until thick.

5Refrigerate 24 hours before serving. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
