Cranberry-Pumpkin Bread

- 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. each: baking soda and pumpkin pie spice
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 2/3 c. vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Mix together in a large bowl all dry ingredients.

2Combine remaining ingredients and stir into dry mixture only until moistened.

3Pour into two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans that have been greased.

4Bake at 350° for 65 minutes or until bread tests done with wooden pick.

5Cool in pan 10 minutes, then remove to cooling rack.
