Cranberry Relish

  • 2 c. ground cranberries
  • 2 c. ground apples (unpeeled)
  • 2 c. ground oranges (unpeeled)
  • 2 c. sugar

Directions

    Grind cranberries, apples and oranges in food grinder with large attachment.

    Add sugar and mix well.

    Refrigerate.

    Do several days before holidays.

    Color will get redder; if not red enough for you, add a dash of red food coloring.

    Keeps very well and can be done well ahead of time.
