Cranberry Salad

  • 2 pkg. raspberry Jell-O (3 oz.)
  • 1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained, 1 c.)
  • 3/4 c. Port wine
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
  • 2 c. boiling water

Directions

    Melt Jell-O with 2 cups boiling water.

    Mix in rest of ingredients (except nuts).

    When partially set, fold in nuts. Pour into jello mold or 10 x 13-inch pan.
