  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. Burgundy wine
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 large apple, pared and diced
  • 1 large pear, pared and diced
  • 1 large orange, peeled and diced

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

    Add wine and cranberry sauce.

    partly set.

    Fold in remaining ingredients and place in 1 1/2-quart mold. Chill until firm.
