- 1/4 c. Worcestershire
- 2 onions, quartered
- several dashes Louisiana hot sauce
- 5 to 7 lb. crawfish (live)
- 2 lemons, quartered
- 10 to 12 potatoes
- 7 ears corn
- Polish sausage link
Directions

1Fill a big kettle with 1/3 water; boil water with seasoners. Add potatoes and bring to boil.

2Add corn and bring to boil. Throw in live crawfish and sausage.

3Boil 5 to 15 minutes until fish are pink.

4Dump it all out on a feed sack and dig in.
