  • 2 Tbsp. cayenne
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire
  • 2 onions, quartered
  • several dashes Louisiana hot sauce
  • 5 to 7 lb. crawfish (live)
  • 2 lemons, quartered
  • 10 to 12 potatoes
  • 7 ears corn
  • Polish sausage link

Directions

    Fill a big kettle with 1/3 water; boil water with seasoners. Add potatoes and bring to boil.

    Add corn and bring to boil. Throw in live crawfish and sausage.

    Boil 5 to 15 minutes until fish are pink.

    Dump it all out on a feed sack and dig in.
