- 3 sticks butter
- 3 bell peppers
- 3 celery stalks
- 4 onions (green onions optional)
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese (hot)
- 1 lb. mild Mexican Velveeta cheese
- 1 pt. half and half cream
Directions

1Saute first 4 ingredients.

2In another pot, melt hot cheese, mild cheese and cream, then add vegetables.

3Should be thick, so will probably need to add cornstarch and milk mixture.

4Next add 3 pounds raw crawfish; cook 20 minutes.

5In meantime, boil bag of egg noodles.

6When boiled, add to crawfish mixture.

7Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
