  • raisins to your liking
  • 2 c. Carolina rice
  • 2 qt. half and half
  • 1 c. whole milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar

    Boil and drain raisins.

    Put aside.

    Boil 5 cups of water and pinch of salt.

    On low heat, put in rice and cook for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.

    Do not drain.
