Crawfish Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 1/2 can mushroom soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 lb. crawfish tail meat

Directions

    Saute first 3 ingredients in margarine until onions are translucent.

    Add crawfish and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.

    Add 1 1/2 cans mushroom soup and pepper to taste.

    Stir well until mixed.

    Take mixture off of heat and add sour cream. Stir well.
