- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 1/2 can mushroom soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 lb. crawfish tail meat
Directions

1Saute first 3 ingredients in margarine until onions are translucent.

2Add crawfish and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.

3Add 1 1/2 cans mushroom soup and pepper to taste.

4Stir well until mixed.

5Take mixture off of heat and add sour cream. Stir well.
