- 1 lb. crawfish
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- salt/red pepper to taste
- 1 small bunch green onions
- parsley
- 1 pt. half and half
- 1/2 pkg. egg noodles
Directions

1In a saucepan, melt 1/2 stick butter and saute crawfish for 10 minutes.

2Season with salt/red pepper.

3While this is cooking, melt stick of butter in skillet and saute onions and parsley until wilted.

4Add the flour and gradually add half and half.

5Stir constantly until thickened.

6Add salt and red pepper.

7Boil 1/2 package egg noodles; drain.

8Mix with other ingredients.
