- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 lb. crawfish tails
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 can chicken broth
- green onion tops, chopped
- parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
Directions

1Saut onions and celery in butter. Add flour and cook, but do not brown. Add can of chicken broth and ketchup. Cook on medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, then add crawfish tails, paprika and salt and pepper to taste.
