- 16 pastry tart shells
- 1 lb. crawfish tails, cleaned
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Bake shells according to package directions.

2Melt butter. Add chopped green onions.

3Saute 5 minutes.

4Add flour; simmer 4 minutes.

5Blend in soups.

6Cook 5 minutes.

7Add crawfish tails. Cook 15 to 20 minutes until done.

8Spoon into pastry shells and serve.
