  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. cocoa
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2/3 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 c. water

Directions

    Add flour, sugar, cocoa and baking soda in bowl.

    Mix with spoon. Take spoon and make 3 holes in mixture. Add vanilla to one, vinegar to another and Wesson oil to the last.

    Mix lightly. Add 2 cups water and beat 3 minutes.

    Very moist cake. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
