  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

    Mix all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl, then add wet ingredients.

    Beat with mixer until blended.

    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch or 10-inch tube pan.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
