- 2 eggs
- 34 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 14 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons light cream or 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Beat eggs in small bowl until very thick.

3Add sugar and vanilla.

4Beat well.

5Measure flour, baking powder, and salt into another bowl.

6Stir.

7Add cream to batter in 2 parts alternately with flour mixture in 3 parts, beginning and ending with dry mixture.

8Pour into greased 9x9 inch pan.

9Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes unil an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

10Icing: Beat all ingredients together in bowl until smooth.

11Add more liquid or icing sugar as needed.
