  • 34 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 14 cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons light cream or 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Beat eggs in small bowl until very thick.

    Add sugar and vanilla.

    Beat well.

    Measure flour, baking powder, and salt into another bowl.

    Stir.

    Add cream to batter in 2 parts alternately with flour mixture in 3 parts, beginning and ending with dry mixture.

    Pour into greased 9x9 inch pan.

    Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes unil an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

    Icing: Beat all ingredients together in bowl until smooth.
