  • 2/3 c. butter
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Cream butter and brown sugar.

    Add flour and nuts.

    Blend until crumbly.

    Reserve 2 cups for topping.

    Press remaining mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. Combine cream cheese and sugar; beat until smooth.
