- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (Philadelphia)
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls (pop and serve)
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg, separated
Directions

1In 9 x 13-inch pan spread 1 can crescent roll mix.

2In separate bowl beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg yolk until creamy.

3Spread on the crescent roll mix, then spread second crescent roll on top, pinch all sections together.

4Brush egg white on top.

5Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.

6Cooking too long dries the squares.
