- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg yolk and white, separated
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Lay out 1 package of rolls; pinch seams together.

3Mix together the cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and egg yolk.

4Spread mixture on rolls; top with other package of rolls.

5Beat egg white until foamy; brush on top of rolls.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Sprinkle powdered sugar on top when done.

8Good warm or cold.
