  • 3 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 teaspoons butter flavoring
  • 1/8 teaspoon peppermint oil
  • 16 ounces powdered sugar sifted.
  • food coloring Paste
  • cornstarch

Directions

    Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl, beat at low speed with an electric mixer until blended. Add a small amount of food coloring; beat at medium speed until well blended. (Mixture will be dry)

    Knead mixture until smooth.

    Press mint mixture into rubber candy molds that have been lightly dusted with cornstarch.

    let sit in fridge about 45 min.
