  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • graham cracker crust
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pkg. frozen strawberries
  • 1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 c. hot water

Directions

    Beat cream cheese, eggs and 1 1/2 cups sugar until smooth. Pour mixture into greased spring-form pan; bake at 325° to 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake springs back.

    Mix together sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and vanilla; pour over cool cake and bake for 10 minutes at 325°.

    Let cool.

    Combine strawberries and Jell-O with hot water; pour over top of cake and refrigerate until set.
