- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 small can onion rings
- 3 lb. chicken breasts, cooked, skinned and boned
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine the cream cheese, milk and salts in a blender; blend until well mixed.

3Butter a 3-quart casserole dish and place broccoli on bottom.

4Pour half of cheese mixture over broccoli.

5Place chicken on top; pour rest of cheese mixture over chicken.

6Cover with Parmesan cheese.

7Bake for 45 minutes.

8Place onion rings on top during last 5 minutes of cooking.
