  • 1 pouch Big Batch sugar cookie mix or Duncan Hines sugar cookie mix
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Mix cookie mix and butter until crumbly. Stir in nuts.

    Set 1 cup aside for later use.

    Press remaining mixture into an ungreased 8-inch square pan.

    Bake crust until lightly browned, 12 to 15 minutes.
