- 3 eggs
- 3/5 c. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pie filling (any flavor)
Directions

1Beat cream cheese until smooth.

2Add eggs one at a time.

3Add sugar and vanilla and beat.

4Fill muffin tin size paper cups to 1/8-inch from top.

5Bake for 1 hour in 350° oven.

6Remove from oven and cool.

7An indentation made in the top of the cake is to be filled with your favorite filling.
