- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chocolate chips
Directions

1In large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.

2Add oil, water, vinegar and vanilla; beat well.

3Fill cupcake liners half full.

4Make topping.

5Soften cream cheese. Cream in small bowl.

6Add egg, sugar and salt.

7Beat well.

8Stir in chocolate chips.

9Put about 1 tablespoon of topping on each cupcake.

10Use all of topping.

11Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. Makes 18 cupcakes.
