- 1/2 lb linguine, cooked al dente
- 3 tablespoons butter, added to hot linguine
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 lb ricotta cheese
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped fine
- ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano, crushed
Directions

1Mix eggs, Ricotta cheese, grated cheese, parsley, oregano, and pepper together. Beat.

2Add linguine that has been buttered. Mix well.

3Pour into a greased 9-inch Pyrex round.

4Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.

5Cut into wedges and serve hot.
