  • 1/2 lb linguine, cooked al dente
  • 3 tablespoons butter, added to hot linguine
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 lb ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup parsley, chopped fine
  • ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, crushed

Directions

    Mix eggs, Ricotta cheese, grated cheese, parsley, oregano, and pepper together. Beat.

    Add linguine that has been buttered. Mix well.

    Pour into a greased 9-inch Pyrex round.

    Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.

    Cut into wedges and serve hot.
