- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- vanilla wafers
- foil cupcake cups
Directions

1Line muffin pan with foil cups.

2Place 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of each cup.

3Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla together.

4Fill each cup 3/4 full.

5Bake at 325° for 25 minutes. Optional:
