- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 box vanilla wafers
Directions

1Beat these ingredients (except vanilla wafers) together until smooth.

2Drop one vanilla wafer on the bottom of a paper lined muffin pan.

3Fill muffin cups with 2/3 of cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

4Cool.

5Top with cherry or blueberry pie filling and a dab of Cool Whip.

6Refrigerate.
