  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 box vanilla wafers

Directions

    Beat these ingredients (except vanilla wafers) together until smooth.

    Drop one vanilla wafer on the bottom of a paper lined muffin pan.

    Fill muffin cups with 2/3 of cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Cool.

    Top with cherry or blueberry pie filling and a dab of Cool Whip.

    Refrigerate.
