  • 1 cup Moore's Original Marinade
  • 4 lean steaks, 1-inch thick
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped 2 tomatoes, chopped

Directions

    Pour Moores Marinade over the steaks, turning to coat.

    Marinade in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.

    Remove steaks from refrigerator and drain.

    Sear steaks on pre-heated grill 2 minutes on each side, basting frequently with fresh (unused) marinade.

    To serve, combine chopped vegetables and spoon over cooked steaks.
