  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 c. ground pecans
  • 1 c. Cool Whip (from 12 oz. container)
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. margarine, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) box cream cheese

Directions

    Mix flour, margarine, pecans and sugar.

    Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

    Beat until fluffy 1 cup Cool Whip, powdered sugar and cream cheese; pour into cool crust.

    Mix pudding and milk and pour over cream cheese mixture.

    Spread remaining Cool Whip over mixture and sprinkle some ground pecans over Cool Whip.
