- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. half and half
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 1 (15 oz.) pkg. white creamy frosting mix
- 1 tsp. peppermint extract
- food coloring as desired
Directions

1Combine cream cheese, half and half and butter in a heavy saucepan.

2Stir over low heat until cheese mixture is soft, creamy and butter is melted.

3Blend in the frosting mix and stir to blend well.

4Add peppermint extract and food coloring of your choice. You may divide the complete batch to make different colors.
