  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • flavoring
  • paste coloring
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 3/4 lb. powdered sugar
  • flavoring
  • paste coloring

Directions

    Mix well.

    Form into balls.

    Dip in sugar and press into mint mold.

    Let dry several hours on waxed paper, sprinkled with sugar. Yields 90 or 250 mints.
