- 1 (9-inch) crumb crust
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Directions

1In medium sized bowl beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add condensed milk.

2Stir until well blended.

3Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.

4Turn into crust.

5Refrigerate at least one hour.

6Add cherry pie filling to top before serving, if desired.
