Cream Cheese Pound Cake

- 3 sticks margarine, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- powdered sugar (optional)
Directions

1Cook in Bundt pan, greased and floured.

2Beat until well blended butter and cream cheese.

3Add sugar and cream until light and fluffy.

4Add 1 egg at a time, beating well each time.

5Blend in vanilla.

6Sift flour and salt together and blend into creamed mixture.

7Pour or spoon into pan.

8Bake in oven at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

9Dust with powdered sugar if you like, but great without.
