- 3 sticks butter, softened
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. almond flavoring
- 3 c. flour
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Grease and flour large Bundt pan.

3Cream butter with sugar on medium speed.

4Add eggs one at a time, beating until well mixed.

5Add cream cheese, vanilla and almond flavoring. Add flour 1 cup at a time, mixing well after each.

6Beat on high speed 3 to 5 minutes.

7Spoon batter into Bundt pan.

8Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until tester inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with fresh fruit.
