  • 1 loaf white bread, trim crusts and roll out thinly with a dough roller
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. flavoring (optional; lemon, almond, vanilla)

Directions

    Mix cheese, egg yolk, sugar and flavoring.

    Spread on bread slices.

    Roll up; dip in melted butter and roll in a cinnamon and sugar mixture.

    Bake 10 minutes at 350°.
