- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs fine
- 1/4 cup sugar granulated
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 pound cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup sugar granulated
- 2 tablespoons butter softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375F (190C).

2For crust combine crumbs, sugar and butter and mix well.

3Press firmly into 9 inch pie-pan covering bottom only.

4Bake for 8 min., or until the edges are slightly brown.

5Reduce oven to 350F (180C).

6For filling, combine cheese, sour cream, cornstarch, and sugar in bowl of mixer.

7Mix until sugar has disolved.

8Add the butter and vanilla and blend until smooth.

9Be careful not to overmix, or the filling will become too fluffy and will crack when cooling.

10Pour the filling over the crust.

11Bake for 30 to 35 min.

12Cool 1 hr.

13For topping, mix sour cream and powdered sugar.

14Spread mixture over top of cooled cheesecake.

15Chill or freeze until ready to eat.
