  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 to 4 c. chicken broth

    Melt butter and add flour until pasty. Add milk and broth. Cook over medium heat until mixed well.
