  • 18 c. corn, cut off the cob
  • 1 pt. half and half
  • 1 lb. butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Directions

    Mix all together and put in large roaster.

    Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.

    Stir every half hour.

    Cool completely and put in freezer Ziploc bags.
