- 2 (18-20 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- salt & pepper to taste
- 3/4 stick oleo
Directions

1Melt oleo in a large skillet or Dutch oven.

2Stir in corn. When corn is completely thawed, add cream cheese, stir until melted.

3Pour into casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
