- 1 (16 1/2 oz.) cream-style corn
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- dash of ground nutmeg
- 2 c. half and half cream
Directions

1Stir corn, eggs, cheese and green pepper together.

2Combine flour, sugar and seasonings.

3Add to corn mixture.

4Stir in half and half.

5Spoon into a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

6Set baking dish in a deep pan and add one inch hot water to outer pan. Bake in preheated 325° oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
