Ingredients
- 200 grams Pasta
- 1/3 Cabbage
- 40 grams Bacon
- 1 Frozen shrimps
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Grated garlic
- 400 ml Milk
- 15 grams Butter
- 1/2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 2 Soup stock cubes
- 50 ml Broth from the pasta
- 1 Salt
- 1 Black pepper
Directions

1Slice the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and cut the bacon into thin strips.

2Leave the shrimps to thaw.

3Begin to boil the pasta (cook it so that it still has a firm bite).

4Add the olive and oil and garlic into a frying pan and place it over heat.

5Once the garlic is fragrant, begin to stir-fry the bacon, cabbage, and shrimps in that order.

6Mix in the ingredients and let the mixture simmer.

7Next, pour in the broth form the pasta, along with the pasta itself, and let the ingredients simmer together for 1 minute.

8Adjust the flavour of the pasta soup with salt.

9Transfer the pasta soup to a plate and sprinkle some black pepper over the top to serve.
