  • 2 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. flour (level)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • nutmeg
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Put flour and sugar in bottom of pie shell.

    Add milk and mix thoroughly.

    Sprinkle with nutmeg and dot with butter.

    Bake at 450° for 15 minutes.

    Lower to 350° and bake for 45 minutes.

    Will appear thin, but will thicken as it cools.

    Serve warm.
