Fried Cabbage

  • 4 -5 slices bacon, cut across the slice to make small pieces
  • 12 head cabbage, chopped into bite size pieces
  • salt and pepper

    .cook bacon pieces till fully cooked but not crisp.

    Do not discard bacon grease.

    While pan is still very hot add chopped cabbage into the bacon and the drippings.

    Stir frequently so it dosen't burn.

    You just want it wilted not over cooked.

    Salt & pepper to taste.
