- 1 stick butter or oleo
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°. Combine butter and water in saucepan and stir over moderate heat until butter is melted. Turn heat to low. Add flour all at once.

2Stir vigorously for about 1 minute or until mixture forms ball and leaves sides of pan.

3Remove from heat.

4Add unbeaten eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition with a wooden spoon or electric mixer on medium speed. Continue beating for 1 minute or until satiny smooth and spoonful breaks away sharply from rest of mixture.
