Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1/4 c. oleo or butter
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    In medium pot, boil water and margarine. Stir in flour and salt.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring vigorously until mixture leaves sides of pot in ball.

    Remove from heat.

    One at a time, add eggs, mixing well after each.

    Separate into small balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 30 to 40 minutes. When cooled, break open and fill with ice cream, pudding, lunch salads, etc.
