- 1/2 c. oleo or margarine
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Melt oleo in boiling water.

2Add flour and salt all at once. Stir vigorously. Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate.

3Remove from heat. Cool slightly.

4Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each until smooth.

5Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls 3-inches apart on greased cookie sheet.

6Bake at 400° until golden brown and puffy (about 30 minutes).

7Remove from oven and split.

8Cool on rack.

9Fill inside with pudding.

10Place top on it and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
